Wall street is on better standings than it was three months ago but now enters 4th quarter with questions. The Dow is only down 100 points from its record and investors appear to be confident that the Federal Reserve will do what it can to stop the economy from slipping into a recession. However with the Housing market at an all time low one can only guess where we will end up.
