This story was kind of funny. A woman in Ohio is accused of digging up her ex-boyfriend’s grave and stealing the ashes. The woman lived with him for five years until he passed away last November. The woman was not invited to the funeral, and authorities believe this is why she stole the ashes. It is amazing what some people will do!

It is not clear why, but Britney Spears lost visitation rights to her kids until she complies with court orders. It is sad that she is going through all of this stuff in the public eye, but that is the price you pay for being famous and rich. No mom should be totally cut off from their children though, supervised visits are a good thing.

Two co-defendants in the O.J. Simpson armed robbery case in Las Vegas, Nevada, have agreed to plead guilty to reduced charges and testify against the former football star, officials said Monday.
If they took plea bargains it means they are guilty right? Which then means if they are going to testify against O.J. he is guilty too? This man needs to be found guilty of something, even if it is not for a more important issue. *cough*

Michele Cossey, 46, faces charges in connection with her son’s alleged plan for a Columbine-like attack on a school. She is accused of actually buying her son a gun, and bomb making materials. Her son is a social outcast, and he was planning an attack on his school, and she was actually helping him! What is the world coming to when mothers are actually helping their children try to do things of this horrible nature!?

A court case recently was deciding whether or not a man should be held responsible for another man’s accidental death while they were participating in bondage. The man that died consented to the acts that were performed, so should the other man be responsible for what happened in any way? There was a lot of evidence showing the man’s consent, so they know it was in no way murder.

Arkansas is the hot place to go get married if you are a toddler now! The marriage law, which took effect July 31, was intended to establish 18 as the minimum age to marry while also allowing pregnant minors to marry with parental consent. An extraneous “not” in the bill, however, allows anyone who is not pregnant to marry at any age if the parents allow it, which even includes toddlers and younger kids.

A man who spent 12 years in prison for a rape that he not even commit was released on Tuesday. He was the third inmate to be released because of problems with the Houston Police Department’s crime lab. This is really messed up that Houston was putting people away for crimes that they did not even commit. The prosecutor apologized, but is that really enough to make up for 12 years?

Snoop Dogg has to participate in community service for Orange County for 160 hours because he carried a firearm into an airport. It is nice to see these judges giving out sentences like this to celebrities, to let them know they are not above the law. Snoop says that he does not mind though, he is happy to help improve the county.

Jessica Botzko, 28, was sentenced to 4 years for putting her 10 year old son in a dog cage as a form of punishment. It is kind of funny that she is now being put in a cage as a form of punishment for putting her son in a cage as a form of punishment, that is an eye for an eye!

Michael Devlin has now also plead guilty to making child porn, after he has already had enough sentences brought down on him that he will die in prison. This is the same pizza manager that kidnapped those boys and held them captive in his house. I do not even know if life behind bars is enough punishment for this man, what he did is so beyond wrong.
