When you have bad credit it can seem like a hole that you may never get out of. It is a big enough problem that there is a site just for people with bad credit to talk about it, get help, and even find bad credit credit cards! Just when you thought it was impossible to fix your credit, or get a credit card a site comes along to help you and others just like you in this time of stressfulness. Being able to fix your credit would be so freeing, to get rid of the nasty bill collectors that call, and getting your life on track. Having bad credit can ruin so much, it is great to be able to find resources to help you get out of this dark hole!

A man who spent 12 years in prison for a rape that he not even commit was released on Tuesday. He was the third inmate to be released because of problems with the Houston Police Department’s crime lab. This is really messed up that Houston was putting people away for crimes that they did not even commit. The prosecutor apologized, but is that really enough to make up for 12 years?

Jessica Botzko, 28, was sentenced to 4 years for putting her 10 year old son in a dog cage as a form of punishment. It is kind of funny that she is now being put in a cage as a form of punishment for putting her son in a cage as a form of punishment, that is an eye for an eye!

Michael Devlin has now also plead guilty to making child porn, after he has already had enough sentences brought down on him that he will die in prison. This is the same pizza manager that kidnapped those boys and held them captive in his house. I do not even know if life behind bars is enough punishment for this man, what he did is so beyond wrong.

In Orlando, Florida there is actually an ordinance not to feed the homeless people. Eric Montanez was caught breaking this ordinance and is being put on trial for it. It is sad times when we have laws against helping the less fortunate. I am the kind of person who will stop and give homeless people a couple dollars or hand them some food, because I have so much to be thankful for myself. This should not be an enforceable law.

An ex-manager of a pizza place was sentenced to life in prison Monday for kidnapping one of two boys and sexually assaulting them. The boy was walking home alone from a bus stop when Michael Devlin kidnapped him and trapped the boy in his apartment. This is proof that kids should not even walk home from a bus stop alone anymore, because there are some really sick people out there.

A couple of cities around the country are looking into making security cameras a must have in certain areas. In order to obtain any kind of building permit, if you are in a camera zone, you must be willing to put in a camera at your location. I agree with having cameras in certain situations, but if these cameras are catching every offender of a traffic light that just turned from yellow to red light run, it is overkill!

OxyContin has been dubbed ‘Hillbilly Heroin’ in recent times because of the number of people that are addicted to it. Pike County in Kentucky is suing the makers of the drug OxyContin for all of the damages the drug has caused in the county. There has been such an uprising of people addicted to this drug that rehab centers cost more than the county can handle. This lawsuit comes after the company plead guilty to misleading consumers about it’s addictive properties.

If you have registered with The National Do Not Call List be prepared to start receiving calls once again. Your registration on the list is only valid for 5 years. So unless you re-register you will begin getting those annoying telemarketer calls again. Rep. Mike Doyle of Pa. has introduced legislation this week for the registration to be permanent.

Wall street is on better standings than it was three months ago but now enters 4th quarter with questions. The Dow is only down 100 points from its record and investors appear to be confident that the Federal Reserve will do what it can to stop the economy from slipping into a recession. However with the Housing market at an all time low one can only guess where we will end up.
