I have been thinking a lot lately about investing in real estate, because you can get really nice properties for cheap prices. We know the housing market has to go back up at some point, and I will be sitting on a gold mine if I do this. I am just wondering how long the market is going to be in this bad of a slump. I do not want to sit on the property forever!
