I know when medicare insurance did all of those strange changes it freaked the old people out. My grandmother does not understand a lot of things and medicare threw a big wrench in what they have been doing for years by offering different plans. I had to find a lot of information to help explain it to her, but thank god for the internet because it was pretty hard to understand!
