If you have a slip and fall accident anywhere you need to make sure that you let the place fill out the necessary paperwork in case you end up having to make a lawsuit out of the ordeal.  The only thing about this is make sure that you read the paperwork and you are not signing away your rights to sue the establishment because some places will get tricky like that and try to kick you while you’re down.  If they hand you an accident report to fill out just make sure you read it over thoroughly or have someone that is with you read it before you sign anything!
