I keep seeing different things about rental property investment, and it is making me think that maybe this is a good direction to go in as far as investments go. I have been looking for something to invest in, and signs keep pointing to rental properties. I can find a lot of cheap properties that would end up making quite good rental houses, I just do not know if I want to put in that kind of work.
